Ingredients

    • 3 LBS KOREAN CUT BEEF SHORT RIBS

    • ½ CUP LESS SODIUM SOY SAUCE

    • ¼ CUP MIRIN SWEET COOKING RICE WINE

    • 1 CUP BROWN SUGAR

    • 3 TEASPOONS MINCED GINGER

    • 3 TEASPOONS MINCED GARLIC

    • 2 TABLESPOONS SESAME OIL

    • 1 APPLE

    • 1 ASIAN PEAR

    • 1 ONION

    • ½ TEASPOON GROUND BLACK PEPPER

    • ½ CUP MINCED GREEN ONION

    • 1 TABLESPOON WHITE SESAME SEEDES


Instructions

1. RINSE BEEF SHORT RIBS WITH CLEAN WATER TO REMOVE DEBRIS, AND THEN USE THE PAPER TOWEL TO DRY ALL SHORT RIBS.
2. ADD SOY SAUCE, MIRIN, AND SESAME OIL IN FOOD PROCESSOR.
3. ADD BROWN SUGAR, GINGER, GARLIC, APPLE, ASIAN PEAR, AND ONION IN FOOD PROCESSOR. BLEND ALL SAUCES, SPICES AND INGREDIENTS FOR 1 MINUTE.
4. PLACE SHORT RIBS INTO A ZIPLOCK BAG, AND POUR KOREAN BBQ SAUCE INTO THE BAG.
5. PLACE THE BAG IN REFRIGERATOR, AND MARINATE SHORT RIBS AT LEAST 12 HOURS.
6. ADD MARINATED SHORT RIBS AND KOREAN BBQ SAUCE TO EVA PRESSURE COOKER.
7. CLOSE THE LID OF EVA PRESSURE COOKER, AND PRESS THE “BEEF” SETTING.
8. WHEN BEEP SOUNDS, CAREFULLY RELEASE THE PRESSURE VALVE, AND ALLOW 5 TO 10 MINUTES TO RELEASE THE AIR PRESSURE.
9. TAKE OUT ALL SHORT RIBS AND PLACE THEM TO BAKING SHEET.
10. BRUSH SOME KOREAN BBQ SAUCE ON THE SHORT RIBS AND PLACE THE BAKING TRAY TO OVEN FOR 10 MINUTES.
11. SPRINKLE SOME MINCED GREEN ONION AND WHITE SESAME SEEDS ON THE TOP.
